Western York County residents now have easier access to advanced specialty care thanks to three WellSpan medical offices at 1695 Roosevelt Ave., Suite B, in Manchester Township. The new facility, which opened in late May, houses offices for WellSpan Orthopedics, WellSpan Cardiology and WellSpan Neurology.
The new multi-specialty suite features 18 exam rooms and a first-of-its-kind in North America X-ray system. The Philips DigitalDiagnost C90 X-ray system features sharper imaging and added safety components, bringing some of the latest imaging technology to York County.
“As the leading provider of advanced specialty care in southcentral Pennsylvania, we believe it’s important that our friends and neighbors have access to the expert care they need, close to where they live,” says Thomas McGann, MD, executive vice president for clinical practice, WellSpan Health. “That’s why we’re committed to bringing more physicians and new services to York County. Because no one should have to travel far from home to get the specialized care they need.”
An expansion to the WellSpan Cancer Center in west York launched this summer at 25 Monument Road. The cancer center and advanced specialty care practices bring the region’s top oncology, heart and vascular, stroke, neurology and orthopedics specialists close to home for west York residents.
Walk-in care, with reservations available online, is offered at the new orthopedics office, as well as the nearby WellSpan Urgent Care at 717 Town Center Drive.
