For the 10th consecutive year, WellSpan has been once again ranked among Training Magazine’s annual "Training Top 125" organizations, achieving the No. 10 spot overall and the top-ranked health system in the country.
The national trade publication’s Top 125 awards are based upon the level of an organization’s investment in employee development, the scope of development programs and how closely the development efforts are linked to business goals and objectives.
“From Day 1, we want our team members to be engaged and inspired, and confident that they made the right decision to join our dynamic organization,” said Bob Batory, senior vice president and chief human resources officer, WellSpan Health. “Through our employee orientation model and centralized training program, and the local development initiatives unique to each WellSpan entity, we are investing in our most valued resource – our team members.”
Highlighted as part of this year’s honors was WellSpan’s Physician Leadership Academy, which seeks to develop the next generation of physician leadership at WellSpan from within the organization.
The 2019 Training Top 125 list is available on the website of Training Magazine.
